CLAYFIELD – BATHROOM RENOVATION AND EXTERNAL REPAIRS

Two timeless bathroom renovations to deliver functionality and style using custom vanities with stone tops.  The bath tub is the only remnant of this bathroom’s pre-renovation. A protective cover was made for the bathtub while the whole room was gutted, remodelled, retiled and finished. A complete transformation and refresh.⁠

New glass balustrading was added at the top of the stairs and across the void, with a modern handrail to open the space.

Repairs were made to existing cracks, cornices and as required throughout the house and garage.
