Our family outgrew our home, and we weighed up the option of moving or building under our existing home.  We met with Jim to consult on different options and budget. We immediately felt comfortable knowing that Jim was genuine and had the building experience to carry out our project.  Jim put us in touch with a draftsman who listened to our ideas while Jim continued to have input with practical ideas to ensure our project stayed on budget. It wasn’t long until our design moved from building approvals to meeting the ProBuilder Team and construction commencing. Our project included, new slab, master bedroom, ensuite, laundry, rumpus and internal stairs. ProBuilder proved to be a very professional operation from start to finish. We were given access to the Gantt chart where we could see the project scheduling e.g. what trades were on site when, milestones etc. Client Service Manager Rose and building supervisor George were constantly communicating with us throughout the project and were regularly onsite to ensure any challenges were managed effectively and that we were happy along the way. We highly commend the whole ProBuilder team and trades that worked on our project.  Our project was completed on time and on budget. ProBuilder provides an exceptionally high level of workmanship and finishes.  As a licensed and practising building inspector, I was delighted to inspect the work that this company has produced. Any business relationship that stands over 40 continuous uninterrupted years is a relationship that is securely underpinned by trust, respect, and shared values.  My family's relationship with Jimmy Mac and the ProBuilder company remarkably now spans 3 generations.   I could wax lyrical about the wonderful quality of Jim's precision like work, his incredible attention to detail, his rigorous expectations of his supporting tradies, and his flat refusal to cut corners. But that should be 100% evident in the fact that he's still looking after my families and my companies construction needs 40 years and still going strong. Our balcony had a weeping tile grout which concerned us, we made an inquiry through the ProBuilder website and Rose contacted me within 24 hours. We had a Discovery Consultation with Jim and learnt so much, he is certainly a very experienced and knowledgeable builder. Jim warned us about the likelihood of very poor waterproofing under the tiles which is exactly what we found. He showed us what our deck should have under the tiles and we were very alarmed at what it did look like. The  damage the water ingress under the tiles had done to our balustrade and flooring was extremely dangerous. This could have been a disastrous accident as the structural integrity of the deck and balustrade was completely compromised. We are so grateful we made our inquiry to ProBuilder as Jim's knowledge and urgent recommendations could have saved a life. We are very thankful and highly recommend the entire ProBuilder team.
