Quite a lot, actually.

One of the quickest ways to judge the professionalism of a tradesperson is to have a look in the back of their ute or trailer. Is it organised? Is everything clean? Does every tool and piece of equipment have a home?

This trailer belongs to our painting team, Brisbane Professional Painters, and it’s a great example of why we enjoy working with quality trades.

The humble milk crate has been transformed into a clever storage system, with every crate clearly labelled so there’s no guessing where anything belongs. Drop sheets, vacuums, preparation equipment and tools are all neatly stored and easy to access.

Behind the trailer is their designated clean zone, with folded drop sheets, paint neatly stacked and labelled, and—just out of shot—their step ladders and additional equipment all returned to their proper place at the end of the day.

Good organisation isn’t just about looking tidy. It saves time, reduces damage, improves safety, and reflects the pride a tradesperson takes in their work.
