But, what is the difference?
A refurbishment is a home improvement project that involves making cosmetic changes to your home without making major structural changes. Refurbishments are often an upgrade or a make-over to your home and often involve a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, new appliances and a fresh coat of paint.
There are many advantages to refurbishing your home.
Not only is it considered to be more cost effective than renovating, it can also save you time. Unlike the renovation process, we can generally get started quickly and the overall time from start to finish is 4-6 weeks.
